For this reason we offer a full support service from the moment you first consider employing a nanny and right through your time as an employer. We will guide and advice you as you go through the recruitment process and be here at answer any queries you have.
As a founder member and executive board member of ANA (Association of Nanny Agencies) we adhere to their code of conduct. We fully vet all potential child carers before we introduce them to our families. All candidates have to attend a face to face interview, present all their original qualification certificates, provide at least 2 forms of valid ID, be able to back up their CV / previous experience with at least 2 references and hold a valid CRB enhanced disclosure certificate.
If our candidates CRB disclosure certficate is over 2 years old we will ask them to apply for a new certificate. We can ensure that they do this as we are a registered umbrella body for the CRB so not only carry out CRB applications for our own candidates but also on behalf of many other nanny agencies nationwide.
