If you are already a member of Holly's House evening babysitting service you are able to use tihs form to book a sitter.
Please note that we do require 48 hours notice and ideally 7 days for a weekend booking.
If you are not yet registered with Holly's House evening babysitting service and you complete this form a sitter will NOT be confirmed until you have completed the registration form and have you received confirmation from Holly's House of your sucessful registration.
