When families register with us they are safe in the knowledge that we take our service level very seriously and for this reason we were one of the founder members of ANA (Association of Nanny Agencies) and we are still an ANA executive board member.
ANA was set up to promote good practice, comply with all relevant laws & regulations and provide a level of measurabillity whereby nanny agencies can be judged against high standards.
